Meet Erin

… From the seat in my father’s Firebird T-Top, the foundation for my love of the arts began with the sounds of Zeppelin, The Stones, The Beatles, Hendrix, Dylan and many others. My Dad was a musician; a drummer to be exact. And over the years, he played every single album and told me stories of the greatest bands of all time, from the meaning of song lyrics to recording sessions and shows he’d been to throughout his life.
Hello everybody! My name is Erin and I have the great privilege of being the correspondent and host for Outside the Shell, a new blog and video diary brought to you by Enter The Shell. I’ve met some great local musicians, artists, writers and actors out here and I’m so excited about the Silver Lake Jubilee. It’s going to be May 21st and 22nd under the bridge at Sunset Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles; music artists as diverse as Ceci Bastida, We Are the World, Geotic, and Patti Smith are due to appear live!

This forum is awesome and I, ladies and gentlemen, am honored to be a part of it and be your guide at the festival. And one of the best parts of this adventure is that it is interactive. So if there is a question you want us to ask one of the acts, or you have comments or suggestions feel free to email me at: erin@entertheshell.com. If something you say really piques m y interest maybe I will address it in my next blog, or perhaps even on the air, so please make sure to include your information.
